Go! Go! Rockshow Magazine - Cheap Trick Special
The Cheap Trick Special issue of Go! Go! Rockshow Magazine published in July of 1979 includes 116 pages devoted exclusively to the band. It shows off dozens of photos of the multi-string basses that were used during Cheap Trick’s tours of Japan. The text is entirely Japanese. The prototype Hamer 10-string, Hamer Quad and Hamer B12A 12-string basses are well represented, as is the Alembic 8-string bass that was often played by Tom Petersson.
Two photos include both the Hamer prototype 10-string and Quad 12-string basses.
